Job description
- We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Inside Sales Team as Inside Sales Executive/Senior Executive
- As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction
- The ideal candidates will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong communication and sales skills
What youll be responsible for
- Monitor and maximize the share of business conducted with each assigned customer.
- Ensure that every new customer onboarding results in incremental value to the business.
- Regularly communicate with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide hands-on support for customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction (CSAT) through personalized and attentive service.
- Provide timely and effective support for issue resolution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Actively pursue and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales volumes.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Share insights and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales Team.

- Excellent communication in English (written verbal) and interpersonal skills
What youd have
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development. Preferably from Telecom, IT, Saas company.
