Experiencing explosive growth in the last year, BuyEazzy has seen a 10x increase in revenue, surpassing $10Mn, and has successfully closed their series-A round. Job Description We are seeking a visionary VP-Technology to spearhead the development of cutting edge e- commerce solutions tailored to the needs of users in Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities. This role is not just about leading the technology team, its about being the architect of a platform that empowers and scales rapidly to meet our exponential growth. Key Responsibilities Own & lead the development of the product architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs Strategize & implement technology solutions that enable swift scaling and robust performance of the e-commerce platform Oversee all aspects of technology development, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous innovation Foster a culture of excellence in the technology team, building and mentoring a high-performing team Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the technology strategy complements overall business objectives The Ideal Candidate Proven track record in leading technology teams and developing successful e-commerce platforms Strategic thinker with strong grasp of the latest technology trends and their applications in e- commerce Exceptional leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving ambitious goals Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field What’s on Offer Opportunity to be at the forefront of an innovative solution reshaping e-commerce Lead & grow a dynamic technology team in a fast paced, high-growth environment Competitive remuneration package and an empowering work cultureJob tags
