JOB DESCRIPTION Title: US HR Operations Specialist Experience : 4 to 7 Years Working Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM. Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Job Description: Performing end to end on boarding process for all W2, C2C, 1099 consultants. Includes Offer management to Offboarding. Initiating and Handling Background Checks to the talents using different BGC portals [epends on the client requirement. Finding the gaps and disagreements in onboarding process and escalating it as appropriate. · Performing I-9 verification and E-Verify. Performing HR functions like on boarding, off-boarding, Conversions, Payrates, Promotions, Transfers, etc. Demonstrating Benefits to all the eligible employees and enrolling them for the benefits. · Preparing, reviewing contracts and client agreements to execute them for on boarding. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues · Managing the recruitment and selection process Maintain pay plan and benefits program aligned to providing inputs to the payroll process. Good knowledge on Immigration process and working experience with various Visa typesJob tags
