Overview:
The Australian Voice Process role is crucial to our organization as it involves handling customer inquiries and concerns through voice interactions in Australian English. As a part of the customer service team this role is essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Australian English
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer issues
- Accurately record and document customer interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines
- Identify and escalate priority issues

Required Qualifications:
