Job description

1) Manufacturing process knowledge and Product audit. ( Maching Process - such as CNC turning , VMC , Spline rolling etc)

2) Customer Interaction for Quality issues. ( Corrective action reports)

3) FRTB review.( Fast response tracking Board for internal and external Issues)

4) 4M change management.( Monitoring control)

5) Poka yoke verification as per Plan.

6) Resposnible for PPAP activities and New product development. ( Documentation and other related activities)

7) Corrective action for internal and external issues .

8) Rejection / rework Analysis with action plan for the same.

9) To carry out process capability with knowledge of MSA SPC.

10) Process and Product audit as per plan
