Job description
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
-Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
-Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and procedures.
-Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area.
-Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
-Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
-Provide change and receipts to customers.
-Balance cash register at the end of the shift.
-Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean and well-maintained.
-Follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
-Assist in routine equipment maintenance.
-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
-Support colleagues during busy periods.
-Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Follow company policies and procedures.
Participate in training programs as required.
-Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
-Notify management of low stock levels.
-Rotate stock to ensure freshness.
-Suggest additional items to customers to enhance their experience.
-Promote current promotions or specials.
