Description:
Regional Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the sales training program and managing the training needs at the stores. The person in this role will work closely with the retail teams to identify training gaps and opportunities to upskill the teams, drive performance and enhance the culture of the stores.

● Experience in retail sales training, preferably in a multi-store environment.
● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
● Experience of training delivery and management.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong creative thinking, ability to understand the business requirements and produce new ideas, concepts, and material that suit the needs.
● Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
