Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from our data source to MS Azure data warehouse.

1. Data Integration: Design and implement efficient data integration solutions, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow from source systems to the data warehouse.

2. ETL Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using industry best practices and standards, focusing on performance, scalability, and data quality.

3. Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models that support ETL processes and facilitate effective data retrieval.

4. Performance Tuning : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ETL processes, optimizing data transformation and loading for improved efficiency.

5. Quality Assurance : Implement data validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transformed data.

6. Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance for future enhancements.

7. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business intelligence developers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

8. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading, providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
