Job description
Overview: The Chief of Staff acts as a critical liaison, advisor, and strategic aide to the Founder. Will work on major projects, guiding from concept to completion. Support decision-making, offering insights and data to make informed choices. Working closely with the founder to streamline operations, drive key projects, and facilitate effective decision-making. This role is important in maintaining the strategic direction and health of the startup.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Founder & CEO, including daily operational tasks, calendar, scheduling, and strategic planning. Act as a CEO's representative in meetings, discussions, and negotiations, ensuring that the vision and decisions are communicated and implemented effectively. Collaborate with partners and teams across the organization to facilitate seamless execution of the goals. Leading the end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, like expense management, accounting, and billing. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree. A post-graduate degree in management is preferred. Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with a background as a business analyst, working as an Executive Assistant or in business development. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners, employees, and customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
