Job description
1. Adherance to daily production plan
2. Modelwise planning & manpower handling
3. Assembly line process issues trouble shooting
4. Ensuring multi-skilling of blue collars
5. Audit prepardness
6. Daily production declaration
7. Ensuring safe working environment considering high voltage system production line
1. Knowledge of electric vehicle, battery system, BMS etc.
2. Hands on experience on working on high voltage systems, 350V
3. Reading & understanding of electrical schematics for wiring harness & system inter connection
4. Knowledge in handeling testing equipment like air & coolent leak testing
5. Electrical-physical fault detection & fault analysis in battery pack
6. Knowledge of individual balancing of battery cells, modules & battery pack
7. Generation & implementation of EOL (End Of Line) test programs for battery pack with various test parameters.
8. Troubleshooting, diagnosing & solving hardware & software issues occured during production
9. Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
10.Shows good capability to convince the team to fulfil the targets.
11.Ensure Control Plans and associated documents are implemented effectively and maintained.
12.Assure the handover to the following shift Team Leader by updating the production diary (machine breakdowns, losses, quality issues …).
13.Handling the manpower and supervising all stage to ensure 5S in Production area.
14.Production and planning to optimize the daily production.
15.Immediate feedback& follow-up to store department for proper availability of material during production.
16.Immediate feedback& fallow-up to CFT to resolve the issues related to production
17.To give complete production as per production plan and customer requirement.
18. IATF system knowledge.
19.To analyze the defects to continuously improve the performance of production in production area.
20.Scrap punching and consumable posting in SAP.
21.Complete the inventory and verify the same to the Auditor.
22.OEE monitoring.
23.To monitor power pack rejection rate and take appropriate action to control the rejection.
24.To give training to machine operators to improve the productivity.
25.To identify specific modifications that may require to enhance the effectiveness of various process.
