Our Client is one of the reputed Construction and PMC company in Srilanka .
Job Profile Project Manager Job Scope Plan, schedule, organize, control all the activities of the project so as to ensure the Project is executed within the planned budget, time and expected quality, safety and environmental requirements, Scope includes Construction of Airport , Multimodal Transport terminal, Parking System, Sky-Walks to connect Hospital, Railway Station and other facilities, Storm water drainage systems, Conducting Road / Air / Rail safety improvement study and feasibility study of private sector participation and Business development plan for overall terminal Management. Main Duties Obtain necessary approvals / consents / Instructions from the Engineer / Employer Submit and receive all correspondence with Employer, Engineer whenever required Prepare the Project related documentation and obtain the approval of Project Director/Coordinator Organize the resources and implement the Project activities as per the construction program in consultation with Project Director /Coordinator liaise with internal and external parties when required submit, Progress Review Reports at regular intervals as agreed with Employer / Engineer Review and submit work method statements Submit payment application, Contractors claims and notifications. Qualification Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering Project Management Certification would be an added advantage . Shouls have worked for Goverment / Semi Goverment / International Infrastructure Projects Experience required Should have total 20 Years experience with multimodal construction site experience Work Location Sri Lanka, Kandy Contract PeriodJob tags
