We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10-15 to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members.
- Regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving team and organizational objectives.
