Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Manager located in Bangalore Urban. The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations of the store. This includes overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets set by the company. The Store Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting sales figures to upper management and developing strategies to improve sales performance.

• Sales and marketing skills including customer engagement, lead generation, and business development
• Management skills including team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Financial management skills including inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills including conflict resolution and relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a retail sales management role is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with Point of Sale (POS) software, knowledge in the retail industry, and experience managing a team of sales professionals. A successful candidate should be able to work independently as well as work collaboratively with upper management and other team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
