Job Description: We are looking for seasoned and passionate Expert Trainers to design and conduct a specialized course on DPR (Detailed Project Report) Preparation, Land Acquisition, and Forest Clearance Procedures for road projects aimed at Border Roads Organisation (BRO) engineers. This course will cover comprehensive aspects of DPR preparation, including the use of technology and software for planning, various surveys, in-depth investigations, traffic analysis, environmental considerations, and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on DPR Preparation, Land Acquisition, and Forest Clearance Procedures tailored to the needs of BRO engineers.
- Utilize expertise in civil engineering, project management, environmental engineering, or related fields to provide high-quality, interactive, and engaging training sessions.
- Update curriculum and session content based on latest industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, MS Project) ensuring participants can effectively apply skills in their projects.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in DPR preparation for infrastructure projects, particularly roads, including expertise in land acquisition and forest clearance procedures.
- Proficient in relevant software tools used in DPR preparation and project planning.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a professional audience effectively.
- Prior experience in training or education, with a track record of successful knowledge transfer.
