Marathi Translator (Freelance)
We are seeking experienced Gujarathi / Marathi to English translators for freelance work who can demonstrate proficiency in translation without relying on machine translation tools like Google Translate.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate government documents from Gujarathi / Marathi to English with precision and accuracy.
2. Ensure that the translated content maintains the original meaning, context, and quality.
3. Proofread and edit translated documents to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
4. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality translations.
5. Proficiency in Marathi and English languages, both written and spoken.
6. No use of automated translation tools, such as Google Translate or similar services.
The compensation for this freelance position is 40 - 50 paisa per word (ppw), based on the quality and complexity of the translation.
