Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Personal Profile Content Management:

• Regularly update and maintain LinkedIn personal profile to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.

Social Media Calendar Maintenance:

Plan, organize, and schedule content in advance based on the social media strategy, ensuring a consistent and relevant flow of posts.

Social Media Campaigns:

• Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports for management review.

Content Research Tasks:

• Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance our social media strategies.

Creatives Development:

create eye-catching and relevant creatives for social media and other platforms.

Review Management:

Actively monitor and reply to Google reviews and Trust reviews, addressing concerns and showcasing positive brand engagement.

YouTube Management:

Oversee video uploads on our YouTube channel, ensuring optimal video settings, descriptions, and tags.

Social Media Communication:

Proactively reply to messages across our social media platforms, engaging with our audience in a positive and constructive manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in a social media role.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
