Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the companys vision and objectives. Identify target market segments and salon demographics to tailor brand messaging and experiences effectively.
  2. Salon Operations Support: Provide guidance and support to salon owners and managers to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines. Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and capabilities of salon staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Product Development and Merchandising: Collaborate with product development teams to identify salonspecific product needs and opportunities. Manage the development and launch of salonexclusive products ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer preferences.
  4. Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive foot traffic increase salon bookings and promote brand awareness. Develop creative and engaging marketing materials including digital and print collateral signage and promotional offers.
  5. Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the customer experience within salon locations. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction loyalty and retention such as loyalty programs special events and VIP experiences.
  6. Salon Network Expansion: Identify opportunities for salon expansion and partnership development to grow the brands presence in new markets. Collaborate with real estate and business development teams to evaluate potential salon locations and negotiate lease agreements.
  7. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the salon industry. Use insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the salon brand budget effectively allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest return on investment. Monitor expenses track performance metrics and optimize spending to achieve business objectives.

Working days Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
