Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with a particular focus on the financial markets industry, including positions such as traders, analysts, and other finance-related roles. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and building relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the financial markets sector, focusing on roles within India and the UK.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify talent pools and recruiting trends within the financial markets.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Offer guidance and negotiation assistance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about developments in the financial markets and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in the financial markets or related sectors.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Familiarity with the financial markets and specific roles within the industry, such as traders and analysts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
