About Role:

We are looking for a Business Development manager to take over and grow our sales team and initiatives.

You will be connecting with 

This role is directly responsible for 

The perfect candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of high quantity as well as quality sales output across all parts of the sales funnel, including

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to articulate ideas that create material value for customers are a must for this role.

The ability to enhance Sales process efficacy and pursue continuous improvement will be a prerequisite.

Compensation (CTC):

The offered compensation for this position ranges from 6 to 10 lakhs based on the candidate's experience and skill set. It will consist of both fixed and variable components.

The candidates' day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Hiring Process:

It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the entire selection process.

Round 1 - HR interview

Round 2 - Interview with hiring manager

Please note:  

  1. HR Interview will be conducted through video call
  2. Final round will be an in-person interview

Other details

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are off)

Please Note: Part time is not allowed.
