Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager IT Infrastructure and IT Security located in Ahmedabad. The Manager IT Infrastructure and IT Security will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT Infrastructure and IT Security initiatives, monitoring IT systems, identifying and resolving potential security weaknesses, and implementing upgrades to software and hardware as required. The successful candidate will oversee a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the company has seamless and efficient IT operations.
Working days - Monday to Saturday
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
At least 12 years of relevant work experience in IT management
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Security
Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and/or IT risk management
Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
Expert level knowledge of IT risk and regulatory requirements, as well as industry best practices
Experience in managing and coordinating disaster recovery exercises and testing
General knowledge of information security regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 27001
Should have experience into Information Security Audit.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations and best practices
Experience managing and coaching a team of IT professionals
Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network.
Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
Performing penetration tests to find any flaws.
Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.
Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or AWS are a plus
Experience in working with large UKI clients (Preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to various stakeholders
Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network.
