Job description About Eka Care:
Sales Lead - Inside Sales eka.care is a digitally enabled and connected healthcare ecosystem for better health outcomes. Founded by the co-founders of Goibibo and architects of Aarogya Setu, Eka care is a Bangalore-based health start-up that is building a technology platform by enabling everyone get better health outcomes and solve problems for patients and doctors alike. We work on a suite of technologies in the Healthcare domain ranging from EMR for doctors to being one the most comprehensive Personal Health Record (PHR) application for consumers. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Work on Selling Software to Doctors and Medical Professionals: a. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to sell eka.care's software solutions to doctors and medical professionals. b. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. c. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials. 2. Setup Sales Process and Efficiency: a. Develop and implement effective sales processes to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency. b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales strategies seamlessly into the organizations operations. c. Continuously assess and refine the sales process to adapt to evolving market conditions. 3. Work on Strategy for Sales PnL: a. Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve sales Profit and Loss (PnL) goals. b. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth. c. Collaborate with leadership to set realistic sales targets and align strategies accordingly. 4. Experience in Enterprise Selling: a. Leverage previous experience in enterprise selling to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with enterprise-level clients. b. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organisations. c. Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements based on market needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in Inside Sales. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare or medical software industry is a mandate.Job tags
