Roles And Responsibilities

  • Maintain The SLA metrics for tickets raised by partners and ensure good partner experience.
  • Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted growth.
  • Responsibility of handling the office team.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.
  • Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals
  • Manage team and ensure target delivery through team.
  • Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.
  • Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.
  • Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.
  • Process improvement and feedback on the process

Skills

  • Ability to train, coach and support the team members
  • Good team management skills
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same
  • High ownership and responsiveness at all times
  • Highly efficient in excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of Sql
