Position: Maintenance post – Electrical Engineer Mechanical & Maintenance Engineer : 

About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the Maintenance Assistant is that to assist HOD for all of maintenance of Machines. 

Hiring for Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Reporting to : Head of Maintenance

Educational Qualifications : Dilpoma Mechanical / Diploma Electrical / BE Mechanical / BE Electrical

Desired Experience : Up to 2 to 4 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in an Automobile industry.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer : 

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

• Responsible for providing timely maintenance services for all mechanical and instrumentation systems in the plant as per the planned production requirement
• Assist Machine Maintenance Head in developing a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure least disruption in the production schedules and drive adherence to the same
• Create checklists for machines, coordinate with Production personnel and execute as per checklist
• Attend breakdowns in minimum time for various utilities within the plants and take corrective actions to ensure minimum plant downtime
• Monitor spares inventory regularly and update Machine Maintenance Head about the same to initiate timely procurement of spares

Electrical Maintenance Engineer : 

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

To attend the preventive as well as breakdown maintenance related to electrical controlling and power wiring of plc automated lines, 

• Good knowledge in PLC based operating plants / equipments, reading e-plan drawings and handling manpower.
  • List down the major maintenance operations and plan for each operation
  • Planning & scheduling of maintenance activities Electrical, Mechanical.
• Maintenance of electrical (chiller & AHU) system
• Day to day maintenance activities related to control systems and instrumentation in the plant.
