Job description

Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation and debtors reconciliation of

transactions.

Interest and Principal reconciliation on a daily/weekly basis.

Basic understanding of loan repayment schedules and allocation.

Refund the excess amount received as per reconciliation done.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in payment.

Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.

Ensure all accounts receivable processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
