Raha Ayurveda is a wellness center that specializes in providing authentic Ayurvedic treatments to customers. Our center is located in Kochi, Kerala, and we offer a range of services including massages, treatments, consultations, and more. We are currently looking for a Front Office Staff to join our team.

Job Description

As a Front Office Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a warm welcome, excellent service, and all their needs are taken care of. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcoming customers and providing them with information about our services
• Handling customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
• Maintaining records and files related to customer appointments, payments, and other details.
• Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
• Managing cash transactions and maintaining the cash register
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do night shift.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, email, etc.
• A friendly and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Prior experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ayurveda or other holistic health practices is desirable but not mandatory.
