We are looking for an Academic Counsellor - Sales Job Location: Chennai, Work from Office Working Days & Hours : Tuesday to Sunday, 12PM to 9PM IST
Mentor Match is a seed funded, Chennai headquartered Edtech start-up, founded and run by a team with extensive experience in world-class academic services organizations that provides 1-on-1 online tutoring for Grades 1 to 12. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries,leads encourage trial classes and establishing meaningful connections with students and parents. You will understand their academic aspirations, match them with suitable tutors, and help them choose the right educational packages. Are you Someone with: 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in any CRM software. Proficiency in MS Excel Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. Reasonable knowledge and understanding of lead generation. An Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge and passion for creating value to the customer. Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with students and parents to grasp their unique learning needs. Match students with appropriate tutors based on individual requirements. Create tailored educational packages for each student. Proficiently utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining. Consistently meet monthly sales targets as set by the company. Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance. Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality. Will be required to interact at all levels of the organization from business users and cross functional teams to CXO level.Job tags
