Job description

Position Name: Senior Engineer- Interior Trims / SME Experience required: 7 – 15 Years. Work Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Erode Notice period: Immediate to 15 Days only. Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical.

Job Description: Must have

good experience in Interior & Exterior Trims , specifically in

Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door Trims, Console, Pillar Trims, Headliner , Carpet etc.) Must have good experience

BIW

(Non-Parametric to Parametric conversions) Must have experience in

Automotive Industry Should be able to design and model

Interior Plastic Components Should have expertise in

Plastic Component Design

and knowledge understanding of tooling. Must have good understanding of commonly used plastic grades/families and its applications in Automotive Interior System In depth product knowledge and experience in Instrument Panel, Centre Console, Door Trims, Soft & Pillar Trims. Expert in

UG NX / CATIAV5

modelling in all modules (Solid, surface, assembly design and Surface Analysis). Experience in developing engineering models and generating the concept sections, master sections and Engineering for style surface maturation and finalization. Good knowledge and experience of

GD&T

application on plastic parts & tolerance stack-up analysis Good knowledge and experience of

UG NX & Catia application . Strong Knowledge on

Automotive Interior & Exterior Plastics and Plastic Mould .
