Bodyshop Team Leader

Location: Qatar

Salary : 3000 -6000 QAR plus accommodation

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Bodyshop Team Leader . The Bodyshop Team Leader is responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the team of automotive technicians and other personnel working in the body shop garage. They ensure that quality standards are met, and repairs are completed efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience working in an automobile body repair facility with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated knowledge of automotive body repair and painting techniques, tools, and equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and employees
Strong management, leadership, and coaching skills to effectively manage a team of technicians and other personnel
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adhere to safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers
Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred
Experience working with luxury and high-end vehicles is a plus
