Job Description: End to End Management of Grievance Function under Customer Service
- Supervising & driving the team to ensure strict adherence to Regulatory & Internal TATs
- Supervising & driving the team to ensure strict adherence to quality parameters laid for grievance handling
- Submission of all Statutory / Regulatory requirements, reports & MIS as per Internal and regulatory guidelines
- Sharing analysis on complaints received and driving process modifications/ recommendations to further ensure complaints reduction/ customer satisfaction
- Data Reconciliation
- Risk and Compliance management
- Managing Senior Management Escalations
- Managing Social Media Escalation
- End-to-end co-ordination and intervention by liasing with Banking Partners and Internal Stakeholders
- End to End management and supervision of Grievance function as a whole
