Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business planning experience
• Demonstrated success in account management and customer service
• Experience managing Key Accounts, including building and maintaining relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data and generate reports
• An ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
• Fluency in regional languages and/or experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
