Customer Interaction Specialist - Voice

Location: Infopark Kakkanad, Kochi

Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years in international voice support
Qualification: Degree


Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Shifts:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support through voice communication channels.
  2. Handle international customer queries and issues with a high level of professionalism.
  3. Communicate fluently in English, demonstrating excellent language skills.
  4. Interact with patience and empathy while assisting customers and bystanders.
  5. Manage appointments with doctors and ensure seamless scheduling.
  6. Act as a liaison between hospitals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  8. Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and inquiries.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  10. Adhere to rotational shifts, including morning, noon, and night shifts.
