Customer Interaction Specialist - Voice
Location: Infopark Kakkanad, Kochi
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years in international voice support
Qualification: Degree
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Shifts:
- Morning: 9 am to 6 pm
- Noon: 12 pm to 9 pm
- Night: 3 pm to 12 am
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through voice communication channels.
- Handle international customer queries and issues with a high level of professionalism.
- Communicate fluently in English, demonstrating excellent language skills.
- Interact with patience and empathy while assisting customers and bystanders.
- Manage appointments with doctors and ensure seamless scheduling.
- Act as a liaison between hospitals, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adhere to rotational shifts, including morning, noon, and night shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in international voice support.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, noon, and night).
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers and bystanders.
- Comfortable handling appointments and coordinating with medical professionals.
- Familiarity with health-related processes and terminology is a plus.
- Must be located or willing to relocate to Infopark Kakkanad, Kochi.
- Cab facility will be provided for night shifts.
