Job description

7years of Hands-on experience with Windows client OS / Mac OS environments with Team Lead Experience  Desktop / Laptop hardware troubleshooting  Basic network troubleshooting  Experience in supporting Mobile devices  Printer / scanner / IP Phones support  Knowledge on imaging technologies like Windows - SCCM, MDT , Autopilot, and Mac imaging  Experience in supporting email clients (outlook) / VPN / and other regular applications  Experience on manding antivirus clients, bit locker, file vault, etc.  Identify and resolve technical problems with software applications  Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels through ITSM tool  Experience on handling ticketing via tool  Vendor coordination for OEM support  Create, maintain, and distribute reports based on needs  Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients  Experience on supporting / maintaining AV systems o Video Conference o Room Scheduler / Room controller o Zoom / WebEx
