What you ll be doing
Regional HR Business Partner will be a part of Regional Leadership Team to enable the Regional Team and build & drive best in class organisation.
You will be responsible for
Responsible complete Hire to Retire for the geography
Responsible for End to End Talent Acquisition process for the geography
Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives in concertation with the Corporate HR Team.
Enable the team to be remain engaged and ensure that the team is committed at all point of time
Building Strong Market Intelligence
Ensuring Strong Employee Connect
Coaching line managers deal with organizational people and changerelated issues
