Job description
Position Title:
Chemist (R&D) Work Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Explore and develop technology driven water-based products with their applications in adhesive & coatings segment. The focus of the development shall be on the emulsion polymerization with advanced polymers techniques. Key Responsibilities: Comprehend experimental design objectives, conduct experiments, and meticulously report results. Assist in comprehensive research, experiment execution, data collection, and preliminary written reports for thorough review. Ensure accuracy and technical soundness and incorporate feedback for professional development. Drive continuous improvement of existing products through input into raw material and process modifications. Uphold confidentiality standards for data and information while actively participating in process safety management and employee safety programs. Focus on cost reduction initiatives for products, exploring all possibilities related to product lifecycle. Evaluate new raw materials, preparing detailed evaluation reports to inform decision making. Provide the support and inputs for maintenance of lab records and related documents in digitize form. Maintain project files in compliance with ISO requirements, ensuring organized documentation and traceability. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Masters/BTech from reputed Institute in Chemistry Experience: 0 - 3 years relevant research experience Proficiency in using digitize operation. Ability to think creatively and translate innovative ideas through execution.Job tags
