Sybase Admin Location Hyderabad Immediate Joiner Communication – Excellent Working from office Open to all shift and rotational offs
Good understanding on Sybase DB with knowledge on Data warehouses and transactional databases. Proficiency in database tuning Proficiency with optimization techniques. Maintenance activities like managing space of devices, segment and Logfiles. Experience in performance tuning activities- update stats, Reorg, checking blocking, Troubleshooting Job failures etc. Working experience in database corruption issues. Exposure to OS (Windows, Unix, Linux, SLES) Experience with Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc. Experience with data and batch loading processes. Knowledge on Capacity planning, security policies, backup/load Knowledge on database installations, upgrades and migration Good to have : Understanding of SAP BASIS and baisc Tcodes from DB perspective Willing to work in support & shift environment ( Work from office ) Good verbal and written communication and team player attitudeJob tags
