Job description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· 1. Consolidation of Accounts (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts preparation), Co-ordinating with Corporate Office-Financial Accounts & Audits
• Timely preparation and presentation of Monthly (4th of following month), Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements in line with Schedule III of Companies Act 2013.
• General ledger management and analysis-ensuring control account checks. Right classification and grouping of items of financial statements.
• Completion of Audit and other corporate deliverables including preparation of working schedules on Quarterly and Annual basis.
• Corporate deliverables submission in time.
• Variance analysis of Financial Statements and preparation of variance report with reasons.
• Hyperion accounts loading and Hyperion checks clearance in HFM Financials for consolidation.
• Ensure all Non-finalised transactions posted by 2nd of following month.
• Project wise Working capital Report to Corporate
• Ensuring ICFR Controls related FSCP
• Hedge Accounting
• Revenue Recognition
RSV Schedule
• Identifying the routine activities in R2R and transferring the same to SSC
• Related Party Transactions- Monitoring & Uploading the budget
2. Direct taxes
• Tax Audit Inputs
• ITR inputs
• Advance tax inputs & Hyperion flow form updating.
• Submission data for Assessment
• International taxation compliance
3. Handling Statutory and Tax Audit
4. Revenue Recognition workings as per IndAS -115
