Job description

The Talent Management Specialist/Manager is a key player in ensuring the organization's talent is effectively identified, developed, and engaged. This role encompasses various aspects of talent management, including performance management, utilizing the balanced scorecard approach, and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to foster continuous employee growth and organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

-> Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design and implement performance appraisal systems and conduct regular reviews. Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and goals. -> Balanced Scorecard Implementation: Develop and implement a balanced scorecard framework to measure and monitor organizational performance. Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives. Regularly assess and report on organizational performance using the balanced scorecard approach. -> Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Work with employees and managers to create personalized IDPs that align with career goals and organizational needs. Facilitate discussions on skill development, training opportunities, and career pathing. Monitor progress and adjust IDPs as needed to ensure continuous employee growth. -> Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify key positions and potential successors. Develop and implement succession plans to ensure a smooth transition in critical roles. Assess and enhance the readiness of potential successors through targeted development initiatives.
