Job description
Job Responsibilities: -Define and validate all component specific diagnostic and OBD requirements -Derive the DTC specification for the components -Analyze sensor and actuator information of charging components and derive diagnostic and fault requirements -Co-ordinate with Tier-1 suppliers to have the diagnostic, DTC and OBD requirements implemented in the component -Create Test specification and Test plan according to the product, customer, quality, and legal requirements -Component defect analysis (FMEA) -Support in OBD certification document preparation and review with Tier-1 suppliers -Validate diagnostic and DTC implementations on test bench ( HV) and on the vehicle
Qualification: -Bachelors/Masters in field of Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering or related disciplines -Prior Experience in OBD2 definition and validation -Prior experience in OBD certification documents preparation and interpretation of OBD regulations -Experience on vehicle tests for OBD and diagnostics is preferable -Defect mining mindset and willingness to learn new methods/tools -Experience in Diagnostics testing tools Vector CANoe, CANdelastudio, ODXstudio, DiagRa, INCA etc.. -Good communication skills and stakeholder managementJob tags
