We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our team. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and implementing our Practical Agile Model. Your expertise in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks will be instrumental in driving organizational transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing team performance.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to teams and individuals on Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
- Design and deliver customized Agile training programs to address specific needs and challenges within the organization
- Coach and Train Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Release Managers in alignment with Agile COE on our Practical Agile Model
- Work with Product Aligned Teams and Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and focused on delivering value
- Work with Teams to Identify and address impediments that hinder Agile adoption and help teams overcome challenges by implementing appropriate Agile practices and techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encourage experimentation, and facilitate a learning environment within the organization
- Work with Product Aligned Teams on Metrics creation and analysis to steer coaching needs based on how the delivery system is performing
- Assess the current Agile maturity level of teams and organizations and develop a roadmap for improvement as we roll out our Practical Agile Model across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Must have experience in coaching Scrum Masters and other roles
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience in driving Agile adoption and transformation within teams and organizations
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide individuals and teams through challenging situations and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards Agile practices and mindsets
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications are highly desirable
- Experience working in large-scale Agile environments or with distributed teams is a plus
