Salary and Reporting Reports To: General Manager and Directors Salary: 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 + Incentives and bonus up to 10 Lakh CTC

Prerequisites • Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English/Hindi • Smart personally with the ability to carry himself in style. • Person with desire and passion for events and the glamour industry. • Ability and confidence to speak to all cadres of people • Fluent in making Presentation in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Must have own Laptop) • Ability to plan and execute organizational goals and handle targets • Familiar with the use of social media for self-marketing and promotion • Passion to travel and ability to work late at night as the norm in the industry • Ability to commute on your own (Personal vehicle preferred) • Ability to think out of the box and contribute to the company's strategic plan.

JOB ROLE TARGET MARKET => Depending on your Persona and comfortability you will be targeting 3 core areas LUXURY VENUES: Tap our target market of large luxury venues/5 stars/Banquets via regular visits. You will be given an area by the company covering up to 50 venues and you will be required to cover them regularly and look at empanelment opportunities and strategic tie-ups. WEDDING PLANNERS: Build relations with India's leading Wedding Planners and caterers. You will be provided with 100 top connects and work to develop your rapport and maintain 25 to 30 active relationships from the database. CORPORATE EVENTS: You will be required to build B2B relations with Corporate event planners as well as build D2C relations with Admin, HR, and department heads to generate leads for Corporate MICE and Team events.

TARGETS => • You will be given weekly targets on venue visits, Active calls, WhatsApp connects, direct meetings and corporate office visits • Monthly & Quarterly REVENUE targets will be assigned and performance monitored

REPORTING => • Maintain proper records of all prospect lists and client communication • Maintain Broadcast lists with the Target market •

Prepare and present DWR, Weekly Report, and monthly performance sheets

CLOSURES = > • Prepare and deliver company presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals • Coordinate with operations to ensure Delivery exceeds expectations

INCENTIVES = > • From 5 % to 30 % of Net revenue/ 2.5% to 10% of topline

depending on annual run rate achieved* • Incentives are also on attendance of company events, quarterly/annual achievement of targets • Star performers will be entitled to ESOPS

HR POLICIES => · Company operates on 6 days per week working cycle · Company provides 12 Casual leaves, 3 sick leaves besides 15 gazette Holidays annually · In case the candidate works on Sundays/ holidays,

the company provides Comp off. · For working during Events extra operations incentive is provided to everyone. · For people completing 2 years. 7 days annual Paid Leave and after completing 5 years. 15 days of paid Annual leave is provided ·

On completion of 5 years company provides an annual Bonus equivalent to 1 month's Salary
