Kshema is India’s digital Insurance company that caters predominantly to cultivators of the Agriculture & Food Sectors. Website: Assistant Brand Manager / Junior Brand Manager Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead brand marketing execution - ATL and BTL campaigns • Activate brand partnerships and alliances to drive brand associations and recall. • Working with internal stakeholders like finance, procurement, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations in vendor on-boarding, vendor payments and regulatory filing of creatives. • Working closely with Internal graphic designers & external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries of all marketing collaterals. Desired Qualifications and Skillset • Strong execution skills to ensure on-time execution of marketing campaigns. • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to analyse and use data to inform all decisions. • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations with focus on ATL and BTL executions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.Job tags
