Role- Product Manager-Access
Summary Airtel are looking for a Partner Manager to develop and manage our Access portfolio, supporting the company's overall strategy, revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
To be the highest level planner on access (On-net), defining short & long term (3 years or beyond) strategic plans to ensure end customers have the best experience delivering efficiently any type of Content or Application at competitive solution and commercials in the market with minimum operational outage.
This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Business Team and Networks to deliver services that meet customer needs. Candidate will work closely with Sales to gather requirements, Identify clusters/area with high potential, working with finance on evaluation, define product strategy, planning and execution.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Partner with local off-net players in their respective regions to plan and develop an offnet access strategy for Airtel enabling it to serve its end customers in those respective geographies
- Develop & navigate the Master Service Agreement with the selected partners by liaising with the legal, regulatory, finance and products team within the organization thus ensuring compliance
- Execute the partner integration & onboarding activities by engaging with the respective teams across Sales, Product, Service Delivery & Service Assurance
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MBA/MCA with relevant experience
- High level understanding of Global Networks & technologies.
- High level understanding of access technologies such as FTTH, Ethernet, TDM, WLL, WIMAX, Wireless BB, Microwave, Satellite and other emerging Networking technologies and their commercial
- Strategic & critical in thinking, logical & efficient in approach
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Strong planning, organizational and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Presentation and excel skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
