Job description Job location: Leh and Kargil
Job Task: - Meeting with Farmers in identified blocks and PACS. - Identifying interested and motivated farmers who are interested in forming and running FPO and doing business through FPO - Collecting Farmer documents for registration of Cooperative Society - Completion of necessary documentation for registration of Cooperative Society - Regular meetings with Board of Directors to keep them motivated and continue work of the Society - To identify business activity of FPO and prepare business plan in discussion with the Head Office and Business Expert - Obtain licenses and other permissions for FPO - Work with FPO Directors to start the business and grow the FPO business - Regularly report to Head Office and NCDC Office - Regularly report to relevant government departments Qualifications required: - Degree in Agriculture or allied sector - Good communication skills - Good people skills - Should be able to use internet and prepare reports - Should be able to meet government officers and interact with them - Should to go out regularly to conduct meetings with FPO and farmers Salary: Depending on qualification and experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Experience: Field work: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Working in Pesticide Shp: 1 year (Preferred) NGO: 1 year (Preferred) Agriculture related Activity: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Leh, Jammu and Kashmir (Required) Ability to Relocate: Leh, Jammu and Kashmir: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personJob tags
