Job Title: Sales Head

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time (5 days a week, 7-8 hours per day)

Role Overview:

As a Sales Head at Adapt Wellness, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within academic institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch our mental health and wellness platform to colleges, establish partnerships, and head management of ongoing associations. This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional sales skills, a passion for mental health advocacy, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Sales:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential colleges and academic institutions for partnership.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to pitch Adapt Wellness to colleges and secure partnership agreements.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Create and deliver timely sales forecast reports to the Adapt founders.

Pitching and Presentation:

• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits and features of Adapt Wellness.
• Address any concerns or queries raised by college representatives and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with college representatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for colleges, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
• Regularly check in with college partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Passion for mental health and wellness advocacy.

Compensation:

Fixed base compensation + a commission-based incentive.

Compensation would be flexible based on the experience of the candidate.
