Job description
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, driving innovation and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Lead a team of product managers in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond across web and mobile applications .
- Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
- Instill an insights-driven, customer-focused product culture using in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs in target geographies and industry verticals.
- Product Development and Innovation:
- Develop end-to-end product lifecycle - discovery, design, agile development, release management and iteration
- Leverage the latest innovations in AI, gamification and UX to maintain market leadership. Drive the development of innovative SaaS solutions that address critical business challenges and deliver tangible value to B2B customers across various industries.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
- Sales, Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Engineering team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Sales, CX and Marketing teams to Provide product expertise including product training, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral and feature updates, driving product adoption, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and success of product initiatives, conducting regular performance reviews and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and ROI.
6. Team Leadership and Talent Development:
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to strengthen the product team's capabilities and drive long-term success.
Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in Product including 5-8 years of high-impact B2B SaaS specifically
- Natural leadership abilities with proven success managing high-performing teams
- Strong track record of bringing disruptive product innovations to market that deliver revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, B2B software solutions, and technology trends in the digital landscape.
- Understanding of product design frameworks for design and measuring ROI
- Expert in leveraging data and research. Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with superior creative and strategic thinking
- Polished executive presence and communication skills
