As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights and analysis to support our clients in navigating the dynamic landscape of real estate capital markets and investments. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, byelaws, financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on real estate capital markets, analysing trends, transaction data, and economic indicators.
Develop detailed financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects, including land acquisitions and development opportunities.
Financial Modelling :
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to compute funding structures and financial projections, to assess the financial feasibility of real estate investments, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modelling.
- Analyse investment returns, risk factors, and potential exit strategies.
Deal Sourcing and Due Diligence :
- Identify potential investment opportunities and participate in due diligence processes.
- Assess the financial and operational aspects of potential real estate acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions.
Client Interaction :
- Engage with clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
Market Intelligence :
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in real estate capital markets.
- Provide timely market intelligence to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field.
Additional Information
- 2-6 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or consulting.
- Excellent financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Mid to Senior Level Management of Clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Hands on in preparing Presentations
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Excel.
