Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Anhox Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- In-depth product knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the medical and healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and maximize product sales within the assigned territory
- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitor offerings
