Job description
Looking for an Application Support/Production Support professional who has hands on experience in providing Application support into Banking Domain preferably. Who is well versed into SQL troubleshooting and have basic knowledge about IIS networking Oracle and web server.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be supporting branches with respect to application and technical issues over phone or by taking VNC of the client PC s. He will be coordinating with level 3 team sitting at Mumbai for any escalations.
Must have :
Technical Skills Required:
- Oracle 19c minimum basic database knowledge. However application support is mandatory.
- 2 years of (Min Required)
- Strictly operating through Microsoft windows Server
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts
- Good knowledge on application monitoring and issue analysis
