Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Head - Automobile to lead our sales team. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our premium and luxury automobile dealership network. This is a senior-level position, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales management. The role is based in Surat, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales management role
  • Strong understanding of the automobile industry, with knowledge of premium and luxury automotive brands
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Solid sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Oversee the sales process, from initial lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, promoting customer loyalty
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance and achievements
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving sales strategies and techniques
