Job Description: Senior Quality SilvassaJob ProfileKey Responsibility AreaSampling of unloading material:· Approve incoming material by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.· Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs.· Maintain and update uploading Tanker detailsTesting:· Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement test, and communicating the required correction to the production team.· Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs.· Checked tankers/barrels before filling.· Checked filled tanker/barrels and approved for dispatched.Documentation· Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) of filled tankers· Maintain and update T.O. (Transformer Oil) related documents.· Maintain and update ISO (International Standard Organization) documents.· Maintain and update NABL related documents.Audit and Inspection:· Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required quality records.· Support every aspect of internal audit quality system program from audit planning, implementation, feedback as required.· Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.Others · Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations.· Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs· Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending training, attending seminars, watching industry videos. Technical discussion with employees etc.· Review of Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record.· Monitor the process of water bath temp. R.I Viscosity, PH, UV, water.· Advise and monitor appropriate safety measures and enforced the Chemical Hygiene Plan.· Setting up the quality standards for the product.· Carry out audit tasks as required by the Quality System Audit Schedule.· Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed.
